F2P 600k/hr Moneymaking Guide

Hey there moneymakers. Are you ready for a guide that will make you 600k gp an hour in f2p!? Well here it is and it’s all about the limpwurt roots.

 

 

Right now they are worth about 1.8k +/- 100 gp each, but that might be a temporary rise from the absence of bots, so the price may drop or rise! Start now and they may rise even more, increasing your profit!

 

Requirements:

• No equipment needed!
• Level 20 Dungeoneering
• 20+ combat to survive hill giants
• Brass key
• Explorer’s ring (if you want to renew energy a couple times)
• Be able to click quickly (This is very important!)

You don’t need to equip or wear anything, but you can choose to bring a weapon if you feel like killing some Hill Giants

 

The Setup:

Getting the Key:

If you already have a brass key just skip this portion of the guide.

Buy it:

Just buy the brass key from the G.E.

The Kssg (Cheap) Way:

If you don’t have any money to buy the key or are cheap like me, do the following steps:

1. Make your way to Edgeville and enter the trapdoor just south of the bank near the yew trees.

2. Make your way through the dungeon and once you are near the ladder there will be an inlet to the east.

Congratulations, you now have a key worth about 500 gp!!!

 

Obtaining the root of strength:

After obtaining a brass key go towards the resource dungeon. If you are a low leveled character bring a cheap piece of food like trout to make sure you don’t die.

If you bought your key from a player of the G.E. start from either the bank or G.E.

Run to the building, climb down the ladder, and go to the resource dungeon.

Once inside you don’t need to worry about being attacked as the Hill Giants inside are unaggressive.

Now that you are there, walk a little south to see the limpwurt root spawns.

I usually start with the one that is the farthest from the rest, and then go in a clockwise motion. Once your inventory is full. leave the dungeon and bank in West Varrock bank or the G.E. and then repeat!

 

Money, Money, Money, Money, Mooooney!

The picture above is old so it says 1,056 gp each but the price is actually 1,840 gp. Since the price fluctuates, I’m going to use 1,800 gp instead.

One inventory = 49,680 gp

Once inventory takes about 5 minutes.

That’s about 12 inventories per hour.

49.7 x 12 = 596,160 gp!

That’s almost 600k per hour! Since members use limpwurt roots for herblore, they sell fast. If you don’t need cash fast, I recommend keeping them until the Bonus Experience Weekend (BEW) since they rise sharply so you’ll make a ton more cash.
