• At least 43 Prayer
• A Monkey Greegree

Recommended:

• 75+ Attack and Strength
• 20+ Defence (For Prayer Armor)
• 60+ Prayer for Chivalry and Piety
• Recipe for Disaster (For Ape Atoll Teleport)
• Fairy Tale Party 2 for Fairy ring tele

Gearing Up

For your gear it’s pretty straight-forward, just get the best strength and prayer bonuses you can, strength is a priority over prayer though. And for your potions, bring 1 super anti poison PER Attack + Strength. Don’t forget like me!

Fighting

When your there, you want to stand near the altar where the map leads you. Before taking off your Greegree turn on your turmoil/chivalry/piety and your protect from/deflect melee prayers. Then take a dose of your super anti-poison and your super attack and strength. You should stay at the altar because you can’t walk through the guards and you CAN get stuck if you step away from the altar. Every time it says your anti-poison is about to run out, drink it and another dose of your attack and strength potions. Your exp depends greatly on your weapon and levels. With a whip, chivalry, 85 attack and 79 strength I can get about 55k melee and about 20k constitution an hour.
